Video Streaming to Mobile Devices
Our team has delivered companion apps to existing online video streaming services, allowing live streaming of video content directly to iOS, Android and Windows devices. This has enabled our clients to reach new customers and new locations growing their user base and increasing advertising income.
Our team developed a desktop application providing core functionality to a 3rd party signage hardware. The system allows for full design and editing of signs, and scheduling of sign rotations. This required a high level of integration with our clients hardware to produce a polished end product.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Telephone System & Microsoft CRM Integration
In order to streamline inbound calls we completed a development project to integrate the on-site telephone system with Microsoft CRM for recording of services times in associations with CRM actions. This system also detected inbound calls and matched them to CRM user data, launching relevant MS CRM screens to improve call times and service levels.
Sending of SMS / Email reminders
Automated sending of SMS / Email / Post reminders prior to scheduled calls and meetings. By integrating with existing CRM systems we have created automated reminder systems. Implementing these reminders has consistently reduced missed appointments and wasted staff time, reducing cost.
Automating Fax, SMS Email and Post
On several projects we have integrated with services such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Esendex, SMS Anywhere, SendGrid, Maileva, Interfax and many more, in order to provide automated processing of inbound and outbound communications.
Automatic processing of inbound documents
We have automated processing of documents and communications to SharePoint, existing CRM systems, existing document management systems and completely bespoke systems. This enables clients to ensure communications are processed consistently and against customer records. This has streamlined sales and support teams by ensuring the right information is available and in the right places.
Automated handling of faxes
Automated handling of faxes to streamline processing of fax based orders. By implementing fax to screen technologies, we have eliminated the need for fax machines on client sites, delivering faxes as PDF documents directly to user screens or mobile devices. This has imporved processing of documents and orders, ensuring better adherence to compliance legislation and more efficient processes overall.
Training Course Registration and Sign-up
In one of our shortest projects in which we completed full design to publish within one month, we created a unique Window store app for our clients, to facilitate ordering Microsoft learning courses. The app makes ordering very straight forward and reduces sign-up friction to these courses.
Equipment Health Monitoring and Reporting
We have developed a monitoring system for equipment health ensuring safety and increased up-time, allowing maintenance to be scheduled pro-actively. This required integrating with several sensor data sources, processing of data, charting for management by engineering staff, and management information reporting. This helped reduce costs for unexpected equipment downtime and facilitated a streamlined management process.
